Jim Ceddia, President of Americraft Manufacturing Company Inc., has over 38 years experience in the industrial fan manufacturing industry, Jim first started with Americraft in 1978 and is now a “hands on” owner having held every major manufacturing and business position within the company. Jim’s core company values of safety, quality, customer service, and sound business principles has been the foundation for the company’s overall continued growth and success.
John Pumpple serves as Vice President Sales with Americraft Manufacturing Company Inc. and brings over 43 years of diverse experience in the industrial fan manufacturing industry. Starting as a stock clerk in 1973, John has held positions of increasing responsibility in the manufacturing of fans to include: material control and replenishment, inside sales, and as a product manager. John has been Americraft’s Corporate Sales Manager since February 2002 with additional responsibilities to manage the customer quotation process.
Office Administration Supervisor and Material Traffic Specialist
Debra Hiler joined the Americraft Manufacturing Company Inc. team in 1994 and currently holds the positions as the Office Administrative Supervisor and Material Traffic Specialist. As the office administrative supervisor her responsibilities includes: order entries and job ticket write-ups, customer acknowledgements, invoicing and accounting (payables and receivables), as well as preparing and distributing the various management reports. In addition, as the material traffic specialist, Debra coordinates all customer packaging requirements and incoming and outgoing freight scheduling.
Vince Hartmann is a Senior Sales Manager for Americraft Manufacturing Company, Inc. A retired 25 year Navy Veteran (Commander) of the Civil Engineer Corps (Seabee’s), Vince joined Americraft in January 2011 and is primarily responsible for managing and growing sales with the military/government, catalogs, private branding and thru our national sales force team.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Engineering Degree from Purdue University, and a Master of Business Degree from Chaminade University. In addition, while in the service, Vince was a certified (DoD) Defense Acquisition Professional and is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Ohio.
Dan Giblin is the Plant Manager for Americraft Manufacturing Company, Inc. Dan joined the Americraft team in December 2012 with the primary responsibility of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing process and on-time deliveries. Dan has over 9 years experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is proficient in the mechanical and electrical components of the production process. His expertise in design, assembly and trouble-shooting skills have made him a valuable asset to the company.
Matt Ceddia is the Operations Manager at Americraft Manufacturing Company. He started at Americraft part time in 2007, working in the summer months during his high school and college years. Upon graduating from Ohio University in 2013, he started full time in assembly and became Operations Manager in 2015. Matt is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process in terms of scheduling jobs, monitoring work flow, inventory control, safety and quality control.
Judy has been an office assistant with Americraft since 2005. Judy’s primary responsibilities include customer service, order entry, billing, shipping as well as providing assistance to Debra in accounts receivable and accounts payable. Judy came to work at Americraft after several years of staying at home with her children. Prior to that, Judy worked in the accounting departments for a variety of manufacturing and industrial companies. Judy has lived in Cleveland, St. Louis, Baltimore, Columbus, and Chicago before settling in Cincinnati over 20 years ago.
